The Smelly Boy and I have been off around Myanmar (Burma) for the past couple of weeks thus the reason for the silence; a thousand apologies. Naturally I’ll be updating soon with pics, video, the eeny weeny details because after all, one of my main goals and passions is travel. In fact you’ll be bored of me in no time, but for the time being it’s all about the rugby, another one of my passions.
Again, I’m lucky to be writing to you whilst in the BT Sport studio. Myself and Ieuan (phonetically Y-an) from @Rucktales are here blogging in the background, typing away busily. I’m not entirely decided on what’ll feature in today’s post(s) so have you got any thoughts? Today’s televised game is London Wasps v Leicester Tigers so hopefully it’ll kick up some interesting discussion points. On paper it doesn’t look like it’ll be the closest run contest with 8 points between the two Tigers in at fifth and Wasps are towards the bottom of the table in eleventh.
Saying that, Leicester have been clouted by injury, let alone looking at international absentees. And although Wasps aren’t on their finest form of 2008, they haven’t come away empty handed from their 5 previous games, with 5 bonus points and are level pegging on the points with Newcastle Falcons and London Irish.
So back to the point, let me know if you have any recommendations on posts. Richard Cockerill being back from his ban perhaps?
